Provide support to health practitioners and admin staff through email, live chat, over the phone and video conferencing
Proactively reach out to new free trial accounts to support with them further information and address specific queries
Understand and triage incoming support requests and ensure they’re assigned to the right team
Work closely with our Engineering and Product Teams to help make Power Diary the best it can be, by reporting any bugs and recording user feedback
Write, refine and create support documentation for our users

1. Supporting our wonderful team with conventional HR functions;

3. Driving a positive company culture that values performance, teamwork, customer experience and balance.

As HR Manager, you will work closely with our leadership team to deliver values-driven people initiatives and become a long-term part of Power Diary’s exciting future. This role is fully remote, and part-time - approximately 30 hours per week.
