Practice Management Document Specialist


Are you from a practice management background and looking for something new?

We’re seeking someone from this space to create business-ready content that practice managers can put into use immediately. We’re thinking templates, forms, procedures, letters, policies and more to build up a library of practice management tools. 

Job Summary:

This would be a contract role with flexible hours - something that could be done on top of an existing role.

We work remotely and communicate via online tools and video calls - so you could be located anywhere.

What we’re looking for:

  • Someone that can think about the needs of practices and can suggest and develop tools and content to help them

  • Someone with hands-on experience in practice management operations - either running your own practice or working in someone else’s practice

  • Someone who loves and is passionate about putting in place business processes and procedures, templated documentation, patient policies and more

  • A skilled written communicator with an eye for detail
